Sensor box

I have made a box for the sensor, I hope that it will be waterproof because I am thinking of digging it 70 centimetre down, in the garden. I made the small voltage regulating circuit and placed it in the box with the sensor.

The next step will be to make the sensor talk to the audrino board - I am working on it!  

2.4 GHz home made antenna

Today I found a old project, a 2.4 GHz home-made antenna. Every time I look at
this antenna I am thinking of making a measurement I know this is a well working antenna but how good is it?

Got the sensor

Today I got the sensor from Speake & CO - super service :-) The first step will be to make a waterproof box for the sensor/electronic and afterwards testing the sensor with a oscilloscope and frequency counter, just to see that it will work. Pictures and maybe film will be added from the testing.  

FMG-3 test circuit

I am still waiting for the FGM-3 sensor to arrive, but until then I have made a small diagram for the sensor test. It is a simple diagram using a LM7805 regulator and some capacitors, C1 and C2 is recommended by the data-sheet for the LM7805 and the C3 capacitor is recommended by the manufacture of the sensor.
